OVERLAY GLASS CRAFTSMANSHIP

Overlay glass is one of the most demanding techniques in glassmaking.

Multiple layers of coloured glass are carefully applied over a clear crystal base before the vessel is shaped, cooled, cut, polished, and refined entirely by hand.
